POLICIES & SUPPORT
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Who operates this service
Fall in Korean is operated by 정성헌, an individual based in the Republic of Korea (South Korea). For service questions or complaints, contact elon4856@gmail.com.
These terms apply to your use of Fall in Korean. Please read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before using the service or subscribing.
2. Korean practice with fictional AI characters
Fall in Korean is a browser-based Korean learning service. It offers text conversations with fictional AI characters, translations, Korean corrections, saved vocabulary, and expression cards. Characters are not real people. Messages, translations and corrections are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. They are learning aids, not professional advice or a promise of learning results.
3. Free and Fall+ plans
The Free plan includes 10 messages per day with your first chosen character, corrections, expression cards and sharing. The daily allowance resets at midnight UTC.
Fall+ costs US$6.99 per month and includes unlimited messages, access to Minho, Jiwoon and Harin, and everything in Free. Applicable taxes and the final amount are displayed at checkout. A Google sign-in is required to subscribe. See the public pricing and billing page.
Fall+ is a monthly subscription that automatically renews and charges the payment method used at checkout until canceled. There is no free trial attached to this monthly subscription. Service availability and content safety rules still apply.
4. Payments through Paddle
Paddle.com is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes orders and payments, issues receipts, and handles payment-related customer support and refunds. We provide the app and its learning features. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
Review the plan, amount, taxes and renewal terms in checkout before confirming your order. If anything is incorrect, close checkout without paying and contact us. For payment support, use paddle.net.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel in Billing → Manage subscription, through the management link in your Paddle receipt, or through Paddle support. If you cannot access those options, email elon4856@gmail.com. Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next charge.
Cancellation normally keeps access until the end of the paid billing period and stops subsequent renewals. It does not by itself refund an earlier payment. Our 14-day refund policy covers both initial and renewal payments. Refunding a payment may end the corresponding paid access.
6. Age and account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these terms to use Fall in Korean. The service is not intended for children. Keep your account secure and do not share access with others. Guest history depends on your browser and anonymous session; signing in helps retain your server-stored history across devices.
7. Acceptable use and your content
Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, threats, hate, sexually explicit content, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, or violations of another person's privacy or intellectual property. Do not bypass quotas, abuse payment or refund systems, attack the service, or upload malicious files. Only upload content and portraits you have permission to use.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit us and our service providers to store and process it as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you submit and share. We may restrict abusive use or suspend access where necessary to protect users or the service, subject to applicable law.
8. Your rights and changes
Nothing in these terms or our refund policy removes mandatory consumer rights. Contact elon4856@gmail.com about problems, cancellation or these terms. Updates will be published here with an updated date; material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply.
